Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI)

Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) awarded the Army Cloud Computing Enterprise Transformation (ACCENT) contract to CompQsoft. The ACCENT requirements are to provide commercial cloud solutions for eligible Army enterprise applications. The Army is moving designated Information Technology applications, systems, and associated data to the commercial cloud. ACCENT will be used to allow Army application and mission owners to obtain cloud transition support services and commercial cloud hosting services in any combination. The ACCENT Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) will be the Army  preferred source used by all Army commands and organizations requiring commercial cloud services. The period of performance (POP) is from 27 February 2017 to 26 February 2020.

CompQsoft awarded Army ERP Services IDIQ Contract

The US Army Contracting Command – Rock Island has informed CompQsoft, Inc that it is a successful offeror on the Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Services IDIQ contract (Solicitation Number W52P1J-14-R-0059). This contract, under the Program Executive Office, Enterprise Information Systems, has a potential ceiling of $846,000,000 over a five year ordering period.

The Army ERP Services Performance Work Statement (PWS) includes requirements for the full lifecycle or any segment of ERP services including design, development, deployment, fielding, and sustainment services required for Army ERP Programs. CompQsoft and its team mates, SRA International (a CSRA Inc. company), Herdt Consulting Inc., RBCI, Target Systems, and Kearney & Company, have many years of experience providing ERP services to the Department of Defense on programs such as the Army’s General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), the Army’s Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), The Global Combat Support System – Army, Navy ERP, and the Defense Health Agency’s Theater Enterprise-Wide Logistics System (TEWLS), as well as similar work with several Federal agencies such as the Department of Agriculture.

The five-year contract with five option years provides information technology professional services to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, including:

CompQsoft has been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®. CMMI® is a capability improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. 

An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.
