Unified Communications

CompQsoft provides Unified Communications (UC) support to DISA, the Defense Commissary Agency, and the Joint Service Provider (JSP) in the UC areas of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Engineering and Installation, Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Engineering, Instant Messaging, Data Sharing, Desktop Sharing, and Presence Engineering.

Our Services include proactive monitoring and surveillance of VoIP equipment using networking monitoring tools.


Oversee dispatch and maintenance for VoIP transport and equipment IAW Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


Conduct trend analysis and system administration for VoIP systems including voice mail, Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR), and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD).


Interface with authorized third-party vendors and recommend technology and methodology changes.


For JSP AV / VTC, we Provide 24/7/365 VIP AV / VTC support to Pentagon Flag Officers, SES Executives, and Presidential Appointees.

Provide Military District Washington (MDW) worldwide AV / VTC capabilities over the NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and Allied SECRET networks through extensive private resident capability installations.

Network Management and Engineering

CompQsoft performs comprehensive network management in our DISA, Navy, Coast Guard, and DeCA prime contracts. Through our implementation of network management best practices, including agnostic transport, data centricity, and secure architectures such as Zero Trust, we ensure network resiliency, rationalization through network consolidations, security through ICAM incorporation, and increased flexibility and adaptability through implementations of open standards to reduce SWaP. We also improve and advance our customers’ data fabrics by uniting multiple data stores that enable common operating pictures (COP).

In support of DISA’s mission set to provide, operate, and assure command, control, information –sharing, and a globally accessible enterprise information infrastructure, we ensure reliable and secure terrestrial, sub-sea, and satellite transport across the DISN backbone and DODIN in direct support to joint warfighters, national-level leaders and other mission and coalition partners across the full spectrum of military operations in all warfighting domains. At DeCA, we operate the combined NOC/SOC supporting DeCA’s 260 globally distributed commissaries, ensuring network performance, availability, and reliability, safeguarding the network against cyber breaches through threat detection, incident response, and maintaining the DeCA security infrastructure.

IA/Cybersecurity

CompQsoft conducts Information Assurance (IA) and Cybersecurity on each of our eight prime contracts.

We manage customer data and the potential risks to that data throughout the development, use, storage, transmission, and processing of the several enterprise applications, we support for the U.S. Navy and USCG. Through our disciplined application and implementation of the RMF, the A&A process, and their associated tool sets, we guarantee the availability, integrity, authentication, confidentiality, and non-repudiation of information processed by our customer information systems. Although our primary focus is on data in digital form, we also focus our IA efforts on data in physical form and data in storage and transit.

In our Coast Guard contract, we achieve and maintain on going certification and accreditation on seven aviation logistics applications, all of which hold current ATOs or On-going Authorizations (OAs).

In our U.S. Navy contract, we ensure that submarine logistics systems maintain continuous accreditation through our Cyber Team, led by our Navy Validator.

Software Development and Engineering

CompQsoft software development and engineering adhere to DevSecOps. We employ the Agile methodology and Scrum framework with Sprints to implement our CD/CI pipeline. The following are two current examples of successful software-focused engagements. Both are current, on-going prime contracts.

USGG ALC ISD Professional Services Contract:

CompQsoft provides onsite and offsite IT and operational mission support for seven enterprise applications. The systems supported are Aviation Logistics Management Information System (ALMIS), Coast Guard Logistics Information System (CG-LIMS), Shore Asset Management (SAM), Coast Guard Technical Information System (CG-TIMS), Fleet Logistics Systems (FLS), Naval and Electronics Supply Support System (NESSS), and the Aviation Logistics Support System (ALSS) Platform IT (PIT) system.

IT Support Services for Submarine Maintenance Engineering, Planning, and Procurement (SUBMEPP):

CompQsoft provides program, technical, and operational support implementing, configuring, and optimizing all SUBMEPP IT systems, including Submarine Maintenance Monitoring Information System, Ebusiness solutions suite, iForecast, Maintenance, and Ship Work Planning, Windchill, Microsoft Access legacy applications, and SharePoint.

In addition, we ensure SUBMEPP system interfaces are updated and functioning correctly. The interfaces include Navy Digital Environment, 3M Open Architecture Retrieval System Web, TRIDENT Logistics Data System, Navy Preventative Maintenance System, Regional Maintenance Automated Information System, Advanced Industrial Management, Configuration Data Managers Database – Open Architecture, Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) Planned Maintenance Parts Information System, Naval Shipyard Material Requirements Reporting and Tracking System., Maintenance Figure of Merit, Submarine Acquisition Support, and Ship’s Force Integration System.
