Job Description: 

  • Task Order Administration. Provides administration of the Task Order to correspond with NDU objectives. 
  • Program Management. This activity provides for the management, staffing, and associated activities to enable an integrated, timely, low-risk, and high-quality delivery of IT services to NDU. This activity shall consider the evolving nature of IT requirements and capabilities needed to deliver value to NDU end-users.
  • Documentation Library. This activity provides for the maintenance of a document repository/library with complete and up-to-date set of all deliverables and documentation provided under this PWS. 
  • Staff Planning. This activity provides for the planning, implementation, reporting, and evolution of staff-related requirements to meet all NDU service delivery requirement needs while streamlining staffing requirements over time. 
  • Transition Phase-In (BASE PERIOD ONLY). This activity enables transfer of knowledge and responsibility from the incumbent Contractor and individuals to the incoming Contractor to allow for a smooth, successful transition without degradation of current operations or harm to mission for the large number of Government and Contractor personnel currently using NDU IT services.

Education and Certification:

  • BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline and PMP with at least 10 years of experience.
