The ten-year contract, with a five-year base period and five-year option period, will be used to provide global IT support services to support the military services, the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal agencies over the next decade. This $17.5 billion IT modernization contract will provide IT solutions, services, and support.

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS SB) is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level.

OASIS SB is a family of 7 separate Government-wide Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts that span 29 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes and 6 NAICS Code Exceptions under the economic subsector 541, Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.

Each of the 7 separate MA-IDIQ task order contracts will be individually referred to as “Pools” within OASIS SB. This OASIS SB MA-IDIQ task order contract falls under Pool 3.

The services to be provided under OASIS SB are intended to meet the professional service mission requirements of all Federal agencies, including all organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD) and National Security Community.

CompQsoft is a BOA Holder of the Army Cloud Computing Enterprise Transformation (ACCENT) Contract

Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) awarded the Army Cloud Computing Enterprise Transformation (ACCENT) contract to CompQsoft. The ACCENT requirements are to provide commercial cloud solutions for eligible Army enterprise applications. The Army is moving designated Information Technology applications, systems and associated data to the commercial cloud. ACCENT will be used to allow Army application and mission owners to obtain cloud transition support services and commercial cloud hosting services in any combination. The ACCENT Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) will be the Army preferred source used by all Army commands and organizations requiring commercial cloud services.

The period of performance (POP) is from 27 February 2017 to 26 February 2020.

The purpose of this contract is to provide strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services, to facilitate the modernization of CMS business processes and supporting systems. SPARC is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), performance-based contract. It is available to all components within Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and all Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions to procure IT System development services, from end to end.

CompQsoft is awarded a contract with the Department of the Army, Program Executive Office, Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS), Project Manager for the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (PM AESIP) and Project Manager for the General Fund Enterprise Business System’s (PM GFEBS) requirement for various Enterprise Resource Planning Services.

About the Program

The Army continues to modernize its ERP business systems to simplify operations, optimize processes, and provide an accurate, Enterprise view of business information to all users. AESIP is a key component of this initiative.

AESIP integrates business processes and systems by serving as the Enterprise hub for the Army’s logistics and financial ERP business systems

General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), the Army’s financial system Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-Army), the tactical logistics system Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), the national logistics system.

DESCRIPTION

AESIP enables integration by linking business processes and data across existing IT systems. This integration optimizes business processes and supports Enterprise level information requirements. AESIP has successfully delivered a Webbased solution for the creation and management of customer and vendor master data and implemented an optimized messaging and hub services capability.

AESIP houses and enables the Army Enterprise material master which provides the Army a single authoritative source for material data supporting all Army constituent (modernized and legacy) systems. This Army Enterprise material master provides the catalyst to manage, control, create, change, archive, and validate data, while providing a single global view of material thus, providing the basic building blocks for Product Lifecycle Management/Weapon System Management. Implementation of the Enterprise material master has enabled inventory management, accountability, pricing, accounting functions, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) operations to be seamlessly integrated into the Army Enterprise vision.
